This is a painting of two english cockers on a tiger skin rug. The inspiration came from an estate in Scotland where I was introduced to all of the beloved dogs of the master's estate.

The final painting. I opted to change the tiger color and rearrange the drapery color and placement. The dogs pop much better!
I am beginning with the eye of one of the dogs and working my way out.
